Give the campaign something tangible

Marketing collateral

The printed pieces that move people from noticing to acting.

Marketing & personalised print

Connect every printed campaign touchpoint.

Brochures, mailers, folders, event graphics and useful branded items should work together rather than compete. We help create a practical printed system around the campaign goal.

Start with the audience, setting and action. We will help choose the right combination of brochures, displays, folders, signage and merchandise, then keep the campaign visually connected.

Made in Yorkshire by a team that cares about the detail.

What matters

Choose the right family of physical touchpoints.

Each item should have a defined role before stock, finish, size and quantity are agreed.

01

Campaign thinking

Start with the action you want, then choose the right physical touchpoints.

02

Consistent production

Keep colour, messaging and finish aligned across very different formats.

03

Quantities that make sense

Plan runs around audiences, events and follow-up rather than guesswork.

Brochures

Turn a sales story into something people can explore and keep.

Brochures can introduce an organisation, explain a product range, support a proposal or reinforce a decision. We help align the structure, content, imagery and tactile finish with that place in the customer journey.

A brochure handed out at an event has a different job from a lookbook left in a reception or a technical piece sent with a proposal. Defining that role helps determine page extent, size, binding, hierarchy and how much detail the reader needs.

Content, professionally prepared imagery and print production need to work together. Our in-house design team and specialist partner network can support layout, copy, photography and artwork where the project needs more than print-ready files.

Short digital runs make pilot editions and targeted launches practical. Boutique-style, image-led brochures can also be produced as lasting brand assets rather than disposable handouts.

Sizes and pagination

A5, A4 and custom formats, from concise saddle-stitched pieces to substantial perfect-bound lookbooks.

Paper and finishing

Consider weight, texture, matt or gloss lamination, soft-touch finishes, foil and spot effects where they add value.

Short and repeat runs

Prototype a concept, support a focused launch or establish a specification for dependable reordering.

Personalised editions

Use variable names, covers, images or messaging for targeted recipients and sectors.

Content and image support

Bring together clear sales structure, professional imagery and a layout designed around the way the brochure will be used.

Pilot and custom formats

Test a new concept in a focused quantity, using A5, A4 or a format created around the content and campaign.

Banners

Choose the display system around the space, message and expected reuse.

Large-format messages need to be understood quickly. We help resolve viewing distance, dwell time, portability, storage, weather exposure and replacement graphics before production.

Banners work for exhibitions, receptions, retail promotions, temporary outdoor campaigns and roadside messages. The best system depends on how often it moves, whether the graphic needs to change and how long it will remain in position.

Artwork needs a bold hierarchy and enough resolution at finished size. Our design team can prepare a new visual or adapt existing campaign artwork, and approved files can be retained to make later reprints or replacement graphics more straightforward.

Classic roll-up banners

Entry, mid-range and premium mechanisms for portable indoor display, commonly around 800 × 2000mm.

X-banner systems

Lightweight frames with replaceable graphics, typically around 600 × 1600mm for reception, retail and campaigns.

Scrim PVC banners

Hemmed and eyeleted outdoor graphics for temporary promotion, with reinforcement and location considered for wind exposure.

Rigid display boards

Foamex and other board materials for semi-permanent signs, displays and situations needing more structure.

Custom sizes and finishes

PVC and rigid graphics can be made around the available space, with lamination, hems, eyelets and reinforcement selected for the application.

Artwork and repeat orders

Check legibility and scale before production, then keep the approved specification available for repeat events and replacement graphics.

Exhibition and event graphics

Create one visual environment instead of a collection of separate signs.

For exhibitions, conferences and activations, we connect the stand, navigation, presentation areas and printed handouts around one hierarchy. We can also help plan dimensions, supplied artwork and installation requirements against organiser guidelines.

The project might be a product launch, a photo-ready stand, a conference stage or an office transformed for a brand event. We help decide what visitors should notice first, where they interact and which messages need to work at distance.

Material choices include PVC, Foamex, aluminium composite, fabric tension systems, rigid panels and printed vinyls. Samples can be discussed where seeing the surface and finish will help the decision.

We can work with existing brand assets or develop the graphic concept, then coordinate with an organiser, installer or fit-out team. Modular panels, replaceable skins and other reusable systems can be prioritised when the stand will travel or appear more than once.

Panels and backdrops

Bespoke stage panels, media walls, rigid graphics and large-format backdrops.

Pop-up and fabric systems

Portable structures and replaceable fabric skins designed with repeat events in mind.

Floor, wall and window graphics

Printed vinyls for branded surfaces, navigation and points of interaction.

Conference branding

Lecterns, directional signs, agenda boards and supporting display pieces produced as a coherent set.

Materials and samples

Compare fabric, PVC, vinyl, rigid board and aluminium-composite routes against the environment, structure and desired finish.

Installation and reuse planning

Check organiser rules, dimensions, fitting responsibilities, transport and replacement graphics before the event deadline.

Presentation folders

Build the folder around the documents it needs to carry.

Our digitally printed and cut Castle folder family was created for short-run welcome packs, proposals, conferences and document handovers. Common formats include A4+, A5+, DL+ and square folders, with slim or increased-capacity pockets.

Standard routes use premium silk artboard with matt or gloss lamination outside. Bespoke stocks, soft-touch laminate, foil, embossing and spot effects can be discussed when the brief needs more.

The standard Castle range is designed for focused quantities from around 50 units, depending on format. Digital cutting avoids the need for a conventional cutting forme on these established constructions, while artwork templates help position folds, pockets and business-card slots accurately.

The range covers slim handovers, thicker literature packs, document wallets and secure DL formats. A fully bespoke shape, stock or pocket arrangement can be developed when none of the established options fits the contents.

Warkworth, Raby and Prudhoe

A4+ formats with different pocket shapes, available in slim or 3mm-capacity constructions.

Ripley and Bamburgh

Square formats for stepped inserts, with slim or double-capacity pocket options.

Lindisfarne and Alnwick

Compact A5+ interlocking document-wallet styles with single or double pocket arrangements.

Hylton

A DL+ folder for guarantees, prescriptions and other important documents that need a secure home.

Artwork templates and card slots

Use the correct production template for folds, pockets and supplied business-card slots, with design or pre-press help available.

Bespoke folder projects

Adapt capacity, shape, board, pocket arrangement and finishing when the Castle range does not meet the brief.

Signage and displays

Match the message and material to the environment.

From temporary wayfinding to shopfronts and interior display schemes, signage needs to be clear at the correct distance and suitable for its surface, location and expected life.

The range can include aluminium and tray fascias, projecting signs, pavement signs, window graphics, wall panels, branded boards and temporary or permanent navigation. We can support a one-off display or coordinate multiple pieces for a wider premises or event scheme.

Our large-format workflow uses HP Latex production for suitable graphics, giving a durable water-based ink route that can be considered for customer-facing interiors as well as outdoor applications. The substrate, laminate, fixing and installation method still need to be matched to the environment.

Design support is available whether you have established brand artwork or need the information hierarchy built from the beginning. Installation requirements can then be agreed directly or coordinated with the relevant site team.

Retail and fascia signs

Aluminium composite, tray signs, projecting signs and suitable illuminated or non-illuminated routes.

Pavement and wayfinding signs

A-boards, swing signs, directional boards and temporary or permanent navigation.

Window and wall graphics

Printed vinyl, frosting, one-way vision film and interior wall displays.

Display materials

Correx, Foamex, aluminium composite, acrylic, vinyl and other media selected around use and installation.

Interior display schemes

Coordinate wall panels, directional information, window treatments and brand graphics through one visual system.

Design and installation planning

Resolve scale, fixings, site access, fitting responsibilities and artwork before production begins.

Branded merchandise

Choose useful items that earn repeat visibility.

Merchandise can support events, recruitment, onboarding, customer thanks and wider campaigns. We narrow the catalogue around the audience, budget, brand and likely use, then match the marking method to the item.

The strongest choices are useful enough to be kept. We can build a focused selection for a welcome pack, milestone, giveaway or internal campaign rather than filling the brief with generic products.

Minimum quantities and lead times vary by product, so the audience, delivery date and distribution plan should be clear before the range is finalised. Branding routes can include full-colour print, engraving, embossing and other product-specific methods.

Recycled-material, bamboo, reusable and refillable choices are available across suitable product categories. Merchandise can also be coordinated with brochures, packaging and branded clothing from Apparel Monkey so the wider campaign feels connected.

Drinkware

Branded mugs, reusable bottles and practical items used repeatedly at work and at home.

Notebooks and stationery

Notepads, notebooks, pens and desk items that can sit naturally within a wider print pack.

Event and welcome-pack items

Tote bags, lanyards, wristbands, badges and packaging brought together around one experience.

Technology and specialist gifts

USB products, power banks and other selected items, subject to suitable minimums and branding areas.

Responsible product options

Compare recycled, reusable, refillable and lower-impact materials where they fit the audience and intended life.

Branding and campaign coordination

Align colours, marking methods, packaging, print and Apparel Monkey clothing around one launch or recipient experience.
