Quotations and orders

Website content is not a binding quotation. Prices, specifications, lead times and delivery arrangements are agreed separately in writing. An order is accepted only when confirmed by HAD-PRINT.

Artwork and colour

Customers are responsible for checking supplied or approved artwork, including spelling, dates, quantities and contact details. Screen displays do not provide a reliable colour match. Where colour is critical, ask about proofs and colour-managed production.

Intellectual property

Website text, branding, design and original imagery are protected by intellectual property law. They may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. Customers must have the right to use all artwork, logos, images and text supplied for production.
